		<description>I used Racer 5 in place of red wine last time I did portobellos on the grill. They were delicious. Beer doesn't seem to be as overpowering as wine can be.

It's a great way to not waste beers that you'd rather not drink (this isn't why I used Racer), and save your inebriation for something more enjoyable. I'm planning on using my last Deschutes Hop Henge DIPA for ports this weekend.</description>

		<description>yeah, I think the only way I'd dive into this one again would be as a replacement for hard liquor, sipped in a small snifter on a cold, rainy night.  Even so, it's a little balls-up for me, far from refreshing.  If I'm drinking something this heavy, I'd prefer that it be wine.  Would make a great soak for BBQ chicken though, in place of soy sauce.</description>
